How long until my listing goes live?

Most listings are reviewed and approved within 48 hours. You'll receive an email notification the moment your listing is live and visible to shoppers.

Do I need a Topteller account to list?

No — you can submit a public listing without signing up. Creating an account does let you manage your listing later, track how many people have viewed it, and use Topteller wallet services.

What does the listing fee cover?

After the free window ends, the fee covers admin review, fraud verification, and a featured placement slot within your category. Fees vary by category and are shown live above the submit button.

Can I update my listing after it's approved?

Yes. You can request changes to your listing at any time. Minor updates are processed quickly; major changes (category, name) may require a fresh review.

What if I don't have a website?

No website? No problem. A phone number, WhatsApp link, or email address is all you need. Customers can contact you directly from your listing — no website required.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Submissions are transmitted securely and reviewed by our team before anything is published. Only the public-facing fields you fill in will be shown to customers — nothing hidden is ever exposed.

What happens if my submission fails?

If you lose connection mid-submit, your draft is automatically saved and restored when you reload the page. You can retry at any time — there's no penalty for retrying.
